Jaylene went above and beyond in her efforts to assist us in finding a new home. We lived in Washington state and we were unable to find a home the few times we visited but she graciously worked with our daughter, who lives in the area, and her boyfriend in showing them homes. Using FaceTime we were able to look at homes with all 3 of them, and it was with her willingness to make every effort to get into a showing, in many cases as soon as it was listed, that we were able to find a wonderful home. The home buying process is much different now than when we bought decades ago and Jaylene explained the process as it went along, answering our many questions and worked in our best interest when issues arose. Jaylene has followed up with us since our purchase which means a lot. It was a pleasure working with Jaylene and would recommend her service to others.

Jaylene was amazing to work with. She was so patient and kind with me as I shopped for a new home or land.
